Pumpkin Carving for Halloween

Since Jamie and I will both in the air (he is flying to NY for a Bar Mitzvah, I'll be on my way to Michigan to visit Bryan, Jaime and Tyler) during the night of Halloween, we spent Thursday night carving pumpkins and eating roasted pumpkin seeds.
